We specialise in the design and site execution of post-tensioned slab systems: longer spans, thinner sections and faster construction cycles than conventional RCC allows. From the first feasibility note to final grouting, the same engineering team stays with the project.
Every post-tensioned slab is built from the same core set of components, each doing one job in transmitting load through the tendon and into the concrete.
Offset Prestressing is a registered proprietorship operating out of Hyderabad, with GST, Udyam (MSME) and GHMC structural-engineer licensing in place.
